SDK Installation Guide

Android SDK 2.2 (Version 8) and above.

 

Download Latest Tooleap SDK

 

Step I: Adding the Tooleap SDK jar file to your project

Copy the Tooleap SDK Jar file into your project’s libs folder. If this folder does not exist, create it.

If you are using IntelliJ / Android Studio, you’ll also need to right click on the jar file in the project view, choose “Add as Library…” and press OK.

Your project structure should now look like this:

Import the jar file to your project by adding the following line at the top of your class files which uses the Tooleap API:

 

Step II: Manifest Changes

Add the following lines into your app’s AndroidManifest.xml file inside the application tag:

Add the following permissions to your AndroidManifest.xml file:

Note: Creating Persistent or Home mini apps requires more changes to the AndroidManifest.xml file. Consult the Mini App Types guide for further details.

 

That’s It! You are all set to start creating Tooleap mini apps.
